Terms
Wholesale orders are subject to a mandatory $100.00 minimum subtotal threshold. Orders are payable via credit card only, and additional tiered discounts will be applied to wholesale pricing as follows:

| 1 | $200 - $299 | 5% OFF |
| 2 | $300 - $499 | 10% OFF |
| 3 | $500 - $749 | 13% OFF |
| 4 | $750 and UP | 15% OFF |
