Miso Master’s Sweet White Miso is a short-term miso with less salt and a much sweeter, milder taste than long-term aged misos. The light, delicious lightly-sweet with a hint of salty falvor is perfect for light summery miso soups and sauces. Aged a minimum of 15 days. Certified gluten free.
