Wakame, Dried, Edible Seaweed

Emerald Cove® Pacific Wakame (Undaria pinnatifida) is a dried edible seaweed (sea vegetable) with a subtly sweet flavor and is most often served in soups and salads. Our wakame is a ready-to-use sea vegetable that can be tossed right out of the bag into miso soup or soaked lightly, drained, squeezed and added to fresh salads. Because of its superior alkalinity, wakame is extremely beneficial in helping to maintain the alkaline/acid balance necessary for a healthy human body.
